1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, running a listed function, or applying to publish a function on Agora, you agree to these terms. Agora is operated by axrail.ai and is currently in early access; terms are subject to change ahead of general availability.
2. Marketplace role
Agora is a marketplace connecting businesses running listed functions with the developers and agencies who publish them. Agora is not the publisher of any individual function unless explicitly identified as such, and is not a party to the underlying task each function performs.
3. Pay-per-use billing
Buyers are billed per completed run of a listed function, at the price displayed on that function's catalog entry at the time of the run. Failed runs are not billed.
4. Publisher obligations
Publishers are responsible for the accuracy, security, and data handling practices of the functions they list, and for maintaining the grading tier they hold. Grading tiers are re-evaluated on a rolling basis and may be revoked if standards are not maintained.
5. Changes to these terms
Agora may update these terms as the marketplace matures. Material changes will be communicated to registered users in advance.
