Developer Agreement

1. Listing review

Every function submitted for listing is reviewed for publisher identity, baseline security, and sample-data performance before it appears in the catalog. Agora may decline to list a function that does not meet this baseline.

2. Revenue share

Publishers earn a revenue share on each completed run of their listed function, paid monthly, with no upfront listing fee. Exact percentage terms are confirmed during the application process and may vary by category or grading tier.

3. Pricing control

Publishers set their own price per use for each listed function, within any category-level guidance Agora may publish.

4. Grading tiers

Trusted and Axrail-Certified status are earned through sustained usage volume, rating, and audit standards, and are re-evaluated on a rolling basis. Agora may revoke a grading tier, or delist a function entirely, if standards are not maintained.

5. Data handling obligations

Publishers are responsible for handling any data submitted by buyers in accordance with Agora's baseline security requirements and applicable law, including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.
