1. What data we collect
Agora collects account details (name, email, business name) for buyers and publishers, and the documents or inputs a business submits when running a listed function. Input data is passed to the relevant function's publisher solely to complete the requested run.
2. How publisher data handling is reviewed
Every publisher's data handling and storage practices are reviewed as part of the baseline security check before a function is listed. Axrail-Certified functions undergo a deeper joint audit of the same, run jointly with Axrail's own team.
3. Malaysia PDPA
Agora is developing a fuller published compliance standard aligned with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act, with the intent to extend equivalent protections across other SEA markets as the marketplace expands. Confirmed compliance requirements per market are pending, and this page will be updated as that work is finalized.
4. Your rights
Buyers and publishers can request a copy of, or deletion of, their account data by contacting support.
